Dave Mansbridge leads the team at Mercury Support. Having been the Director of Training and Compliance for Living Ventures Restaurants for nearly twenty years Dave is perfectly placed to guide and advise on any compliance matters. After being part of the senior team looking after restaurants such as Australasia, Gusto, The Alchemist, Blackhouse Restaurants (amongst many others) there’s not really much that hasn’t crossed Dave’s desk at some point. He really has got all the right answers OR knows someone else that does. Dave is a member of the CIEH, has attained qualifications in NEBOSH and IOSH and also mentors Compliance Managers within the industry to achieve a balanced and realistic approach to their roles.
Dave set up Mercury Support with a clear vision of being a customer focused “one stop shop” for the hospitality industry offering services which include health and safety, compliance, licensing, insurance, claims investigations and defence amongst any ad-hoc issues that may arise. He has been in the very position that you may find yourself right now and has come through it with a smile on his face (not always easy when stood in front of your friendly EHO!!).
