Colin is the Systems Manager at Mercury Support. Colin’s primary role is to keep control of the technical side of the business. His mastery of the spreadsheet is legendary and he is currently working on the Mercury Support on line portal. But don’t let this mild mannered, fact based exterior fool you, Colin is so much more than his beloved spreadsheets.
With a career in the hospitality industry that spans over 30 years and in many guises Colin has done it all! His skills started in bartending working everything from locals pubs to massive chains, theatre bars to 5 Star hotels. For many years Colin passed on those skills as Master Bartender, Company Trainer and Consultant opening over 50 bars around the world and developing thousands of trainees.
Colins experience doesn’t stop at the bar though. He has worked his way through the ranks of management to General Manager and on to various Head Office positions in training & development, accounts, systems and even payroll! Each step brings new skills and new perspectives but Colins experience on both sides helps to create real time solutions to the challenges of the modern world.
