Mercury’s portal holds all of your compliance information in one place. Audits are published on this portal giving you the ability to log in at any time and close off action points, upload certificates or photos and communicate any issues.

 

Accident reporting is made easy by simply following the set questions on the incident section. This comes through to the Mercury Support helpdesk where it is reviewed by one of our team who will request further information from the site manager should it be necessary to build a strong defence against personal injury claims.

 

Registry holds all of the statutory inspection records and certificates. The registry will generate reminders when certificates are due to expire to help you keep up to date.

 

Documentation Library, this is, in essence, a big filing cabinet. We load your policies, risk assessments, forms and a huge amount of resource to help you keep on top of your compliance. You also have the opportunity to make your own files.
